Originally released in New York in 1968 on Baraka's own Jihad label, "Black and Beautiful Soul and Madness" is a fiery document of the 1960s. It could be mistaken for a lost ESP-DISK release, sitting nicely between Sun Ra, The Fugs, and Albert Ayler. The group was vocal in all the ways; sometimes singing, Doo-wop & Soul, sometimes rapping in a Last Poets-style, often doing both at the same time. Emotionally compelling and extremely powerful, we are proud to have it back in print on vinyl for the first time. UPC: 5050580873728Label: Moved By SoundRelease Date: 5.29.26Format: Vinyl

We are thrilled to announce the highly anticipated vinyl reissue of Feel the Pain, the classic album from Chicago's US power metal heroes, Amulance. Originally released in 1989 by New Renaissance Records, this underground gem is making a powerful return, giving fans the opportunity to experience it's raw energy in both analog and digital formats.Formed in 1984 in Chicago, Illinois, Amulance quickly carved a name in the Midwest metal scene with their electrifying live shows and a sound that fused traditional heavy metal with the burgeoning US power metal style. Feel the Pain, their debut full-length album, is a high-octane blend of speed, melody, and intensity, showcasing blistering riffs, soaring vocals from frontman Rik Baez, and a relentless rhythm section anchored by drummer Eric Wedow and bassist Tom Braddish. The album perfectly captures the gritty spirit of the late '80s underground metal scene, standing tall alongside bands like METAL CHURCH, OMEN, and HELSTAR. Though it flew under the radar for some, Feel the Pain has become a sought-after treasure among collectors of classic US metal. This exclusive reissue, crafted with the band's full involvement, has been carefully remastered from the best available analog sources, ensuring every sharp riff, thunderous drum fill, and commanding vocal shines with maximum clarity and power. Featuring standout tracks like "Black Moon Rising," "Feel the Pain," and "Holocaust," the album remains as exhilarating today as it was in 1989, embodying Amulance's signature mix of melody and aggression. The reissue also includes refreshed artwork and liner notes, providing fans with deeper insight into Amulance's legacy and the making of this iconic album. An essential addition to any heavy metal collection, this "Feel the Pain" reissue brings Amulance's ferocious sound back to life for longtime fans and newcomers alike. In April 2026, the band will have a special appearance at the legendary Keep It True festival in Germany. It will be the band's return to Europe after more than 15 years! For fans of: AGENT STEEL, IRON MAIDEN, ATTACKER.

How do we sit in the unrest of the world without jumping to conclusions on how to fix it?That is one of the themes behind Amy Grant's new single and opening track, “The 6th Of January (Yasgur’s Farm)” from her upcoming album The Me That Remains. While the title could indicate a stance on the political spectrum, it is quite the opposite. The song asks the question, haven't we all lost our way? With references to the idealistic era of Woodstock and the hope for something better, the song is more of a question than a commentary. Says Amy, “We operate in the world around us and sometimes neglect the power of what we have in our choices and how those choices affect the world around us”.Sonically, the song is reminiscent of Joni Mitchell, yet the lyric and message is timeless.“I want to be present for what emerges in my time”, says Amy,“ and the song observes life and the unrest many of us feel yet knowing we areshaping the world around us daily. Maybe life and problem solving is more of ‘we’ than ‘me’”.The song’s lyrics point to the fact that all of us still have a ways to go in solving the unrest but you have to sit in it, see another’s lens of how they perceive the world, and know that we are stronger as ‘we’.With references to Woodstock, Harper’s Ferry and John Lennon, the song invokes a conversation that all is not lost, but if we can choose to look through a lens other than just our own, maybe there is hope to come together and find the way forward through the unrest.

Limited edition vinyl LP pressing of the uber-successful sophomore album from this UK vocalist. Although her 2003 debut was a success, her rowdy offstage behavior became the focus of tabloids and critics instead of the music. Because of this, Winehouse stepped out of the spotlight and concentrated on putting the focus back on her music. Three years later, her sophomore release surprised critics and excited her fan base. Combining a strong, Jazzy vocal style with often frank lyrical content recounting tales of love and loss, Winehouse is a truly talented songwriter with a good ear for melody, making this album an essential purchase. Years before Amy Winehouse garnered international attention with Back To Black, the sassy British Soul singer put herself on the U.K. music map with her 2003 debut, Frank. Nominated for the prestigious Mercury Music Prize, the record glides along on the subtly jazzy production of Salaam Remi, which allows Winehouse's expressive voice to shine, particularly on the Trip-Hop-tinged "Stronger Than Me," the powerful "You Sent Me Flying," and the sultry "I Heard Love Is Blind." Following her tragic passing in July, some of the producers and musicians who worked closely wit Amy Winehouse, among them Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi, spent time listening over the many recordings that Amy had made FRANK and BACK TO BLACK. It was said by all who worked with Amy that never sang or played a song the same way twice. It quickly became apparent to Salaam and Mark that they had a collection of songs that deserved to be heard, a collection of songs that were a fitting testament to Amy the artists and as importantly, Amy their friend. LIONESS: HIDDEN TREASURES, the third album from Amy Winehouse, is a 12-track collection of previously unreleased tracks, alternate versions of existing classics, as well as a couple of brand new compositions.

This album documents the early performances of Amy Winehouse in 2004. The recordings are based on the German radio transmissions of that time. At this point in her career, the artist was presenting her acclaimed debut album to the European audience for the very first time. These recordings showcase Amy Winehouse in her original phase as a pure jazz and soul singer - long before the subsequent global media hype.

"I've got plenty of energy, it's my currency" sings Amy Taylor on the opening track of Comfort To Me, the latest from Amyl and The Sniffers. After their self-titled 2019 debut, the band conquered the world one club and festival at a time. Ten years ago, in a sharehouse on Chapel Street, four 20-year-olds with zero expectations wrote and recorded an EP in a single afternoon. Those six blistering minutes of music became Giddy Up. An hour later, Amyl and The Sniffers had a name, a Bandcamp upload, and the beginnings of a legacy. Following a year of backyard gigs, playing for friends and partying across Melbourne's sticky carpet music scene, the band released their iconic second EP Big Attraction in 2017. Now, to celebrate a decade of raw power and reckless spirit, Giddy Up/Big Attraction returns in a definitive 10th anniversary 12-inch vinyl edition - fully remastered for maximum punch. Featuring early classics like "I'm Not A Loser" and "Stole My Pushbike," plus enduring live favourites "Balaclava Lover Boogie" and "Westgate," this is the sound of Amyl and The Sniffers before the world caught up - feral, funny, and unstoppable. The LP is housed in a gatefold sleeve showcasing Chris Sutherland's iconic 2017 band photo, alongside an exclusive new essay from Amy Taylor and a heap of never-before-seen behind-the-scenes shots from the band's earliest days by Jamie Wdziekonski. As Amy recalls: "We recorded and wrote over the afternoon... we'd never played together before that day... it's spontaneous, and fun and achievable in that time because to us it sounded more than good and we weren't perfectionists and it didn't matter." From DIY house shows in Melbourne to international stages, it all started here.

From DIY house shows in Melbourne to international stages, it all started here.

Amyl and The Sniffers are a grimy pub rock band from Melbourne, Australia. The band take their cues from a diverse mix of hard rock, Aussie punk, and country. They set out to have as much fun as possible and scared up a whole lot of fans along the way. AATS were brought to ATO’s attention when they opened for King Gizzard. The Sniffers have since been selling out headlining dates in the US and have sold through three pressings of their "Some Mutts" single. Their full-length album releases 5/24.
