Vinyl is a STRONG VG, mainly downgraded for the surface marks, no feel-able scratches minimal surface noise. Jacket is more of a VG-, it has no splits but is heavily worn on the bottom edge and spine and has some creasing and a sticker label on the top left that has Rundgren, Todd 9/30 written on it. Hand written notes on the back cover (appears to be DJ notes). Promo Sticker still firmly attached.
