Restored at British Grove Studios in London, the original multi-track reels were transferred and preserved for the new mixes, bringing fresh clarity, depth, and separation to one of heavy metal's most influential recordings. The album restores the band's original running order, beginning with "Prelude," and includes the bonus track "Diamonds & Rust." Half-speed mastered for a premium 45 RPM double-LP presentation and pressed on 180-gram black vinyl, this 50th Anniversary edition offers fans a new way to experience Sad Wings of Destiny while remaining faithful to Judas Priest's original vision.
