The title of this LP is "Petula". Verified through Wiki discography, Goldmine and the Both Sides Now Warner Brothers discography [. Labels and spine show title as "Petula" and artist as "Petula Clark". "Don't Give Up" and "Kiss Me Goodbye" were both 1968 single releases and included on a 1968 EP. Both Sides Now website also shows this as the last stock mono release by Warner Brothers.
Although not indicated anywhere on the sleeve, the audio has been encoded with the Haeco-CSG process, which provides maximum mono compatibility at the expense of having the stereo signal partially out of phase.
