Both CDs have very slight superficial wear. Booklet is in great shape. One inner sleeve has an area of glue that has let go. Packaging looks good with some handling and shelf wear, mostly on corners and edges.
Notes:
Both the CD and DVD feature the same track list as listed above, albeit the DVD audio is in hi-res stereo.
Issued in a gatefold card sleeve, each disc housed in a separate paper inner-sleeve. Includes a 20-page booklet.
Some initial sealed copies came with a gold hype sticker affixed to the shrinkwrap (see image).
