Vinyl is still sealed and assumed mint! Jacket is VG because there is a lot of ripping of the shrink wrap (still sealed to the point where no one could have taken it out however) and there is some shelf rub wear on the exposed portion of the cover (mainly the bottom edge and bottom of the spine))
