Original Mono pressing with all identifiers. Clean disc with few light marks only. Playtest well at VG+ besides a couple spots with surface noise. Cover with wear, split bottom seam 2 inches from opening, crease corner, ballpoint in corner front and back, address sticker front. OG inner split open.
