Chicago’s Action/Adventure returns with Ever After, their second full-length on Pure Noise Records and a powerful step forward both musically and emotionally. Ever After explores the tension between ambition and exhaustion—the quiet moments when you question everything, even as the world asks more of you. As the band describes it: “The stark reality of living your dreams. The shifting goalpost of a fulfilling life. The internal conflict of having people who support you but also depend on you.
