Recorded April 22, 1978 at Shade Tree Studio, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. While the front cover says Barrett Deems and the HOTTET the other references are all to The Barrett Deems Hottet. Label itself does not say Claremont (which is on the front cover with their logo) but Artist Services 480 Central Ave., Northfield, IL 20346. This was later released on compact disc by Delmark Records (DE-472).
