Release year could possibly be around 1972, if considering the company inner sleeve which has ads for albums from 1971-1972 and also the code M3-9-1-72.
Runouts are stamped except for hand etched E on side A, and 1-11 and P.R. on side B. The last stamped 1 on side A is turned 90°. Also there is an unidentified symbol on side A runout (see the image) which resembles a capacitor symbol. Altogether side B runout resembles pretty much a Philips pressing (like [r=4236988), but side A runout not so much.
